Future’s bright
University of Alberta English and Film Studies professor Jonathan Hart has been awarded the Fulbright Canada’s Visiting Chair Award.
The chair allows the recipient to conduct research at Harvard University and Duke University. Hart says he plans to spend his time away from Edmonton more closely examining the expansion of British and European empires throughout the 19th century.
This is the second time Hart has been named a Fulbright Scholar.
